The content describes past and present work and the kinds of engagement available. It is general information, published to a wide audience, and it takes no account of your circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance.

Property

References to Dubai property, developers, projects or locations are descriptive. They are not an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or lease any property, and not a representation about availability, pricing, yield or future value. Property values can fall as well as rise. Any actual transaction proceeds under a separate written agreement and the applicable Dubai regulations.

The Golden Visa

Descriptions of the UAE Golden Visa reflect a general understanding of the programme at the time of writing. Eligibility, thresholds and outcomes are determined solely by the competent UAE authorities, the rules change, and no result is promised, guaranteed or implied.

Submitting a brief starts a conversation — it does not create an engagement, and it carries no obligation on either side until terms are agreed in writing. How submissions are handled is set out in the privacy policy.

Do not use the form for unlawful, abusive or misleading messages, for bulk or automated submissions, or for unsolicited marketing.

Limitation of liability

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
