Who is responsible

What is collected
The contact form
If you send a brief, the form collects exactly the fields shown on it:
- Name and email address — required, so a reply can reach you.
- Company or organisation — optional.
- Interest — the category you select.
- Your brief — the message you write.
This is used for one purpose: to read your message and reply to it. It is not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not used for advertising.
Theme preference
If you switch between light and dark, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the key za-theme. It is not a cookie, it never leaves your device, and it is not readable by this site's operator. Clearing your browser data removes it.
What is not collected
No cookies. No analytics or measurement scripts. No advertising or social tracking pixels. No fingerprinting. No account, and no login.
Who else receives it
FormSubmit
The contact form is delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party form-forwarding service. When you submit the form, its contents pass through FormSubmit's servers on the way to the site owner's inbox. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy terms.
Google Fonts
Typefaces are served from Google Fonts. Your browser requests them from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which means Google receives your IP address and user-agent as part of that request. No font-request data is shared back with this site.
Hosting
Like any website, the hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, requested page, user-agent — for security and reliability. These are not combined with form submissions or used to profile visitors.
Links out
Links to the venture sites, LinkedIn and other third parties leave this site. Once you follow one, that destination's own privacy policy applies. This policy covers zahidayub.com only.
How long it is kept
Form submissions arrive as email and are retained for as long as the correspondence is relevant — typically no longer than 24 months after the last exchange, unless an ongoing engagement requires otherwise. Ask for earlier deletion at any time and it will be done.
Your rights
You can ask to see what has been kept about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. You can also ask for a copy in a portable format, or object to its use.
Email contact@zahidayub.com with the request. Expect a response within 30 days. There is no charge, and no form to fill in — a plain email is enough.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and the form is submitted over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, identity documents, or bank or payment details through the contact form. If an engagement needs documents, a secure channel will be arranged.
Children
This site is aimed at business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. No data is knowingly collected from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is published here and the date at the top is updated. Material changes affecting data already submitted will be raised directly with the people concerned.
